Fall 2026 Update

Hello Erie & Creek Tackle Customers! 

If you have been with us for over the past year, you'll know that we have transitioned over to a full-time e-commerce platform following the decision to close our retail store location in Tillsonburg during January 2026.

There has been no shortage of obstacles thrown throughout every small businesses way when it comes to the economy, supply and logistics, ultimately due to economic trade uncertainties. The outdoor sector has been one of the hardest hit industries, especially for smaller businesses like Erie & Creek Tackle.

We have made the decision to maintain a focus on Steelhead going forward for 2026 and into 2027, and clear through our remaining stock of Walleye gear. We do look towards the 2027 season to reengage with the Great Lakes trolling community. 

To our U.S. Customers, over the past 4+ years you have been a very valued clientele to us with Steelhead, and we look forward to reopening that again with value that makes sense. Tariffs and shipping have made it difficult to provide such value you've been accustomed too, but we are working towards a solution to reopen shipping to you shortly. 

Lastly, thank you for your continued support. You're supporting a Southern Ontario family that enjoys the outdoors, if they are not working, they are on a baseball field, soccer field, camping, fishing - you know how it is!
