Refund Policy 

Erie & Creek Tackle has a 14 day refund policy from the date of purchase with the following conditions; 

Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee 

The product(s) must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, tags intact.

Erie & Creek Tackle will not cover shipping expenses if you are returning a product(s)

Any current Sales and/or Promotion pricing cannot be applied for refund or exchanges to previous purchases

Final Sale Items in Sale Menu are Final Sale, No returns accepted. 

Damaged Goods 

Please check your orders upon receiving them.  Immediately call (519-550-5688) or email info@erieandcreektackle.com if there is an issue and we will start a claim process and take care of the issue.  

Refunds

Once your return is received by Erie & Creek Tackle, we will review and determine if your return request is accepted. If Accepted, we will automatically refund you via original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take 3-5 business days for your bank and/or credit card company to process and post your refund. 

Steps To Initiate Refund Claim 

To start your refund claim; email - info@erieandcreektackle.com and state the issue and/or reason for refund. Erie & Creek Tackle will then determine if your return is accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the return package. You must contact us first to start the return process before sending your product - otherwise your return will be voided. 

Warranties 

Erie & Creek Tackle does not directly deal with manufacturer warranty claims. Warranties are carried out through their respective manufacturers. Please check our Rod & Reel Warranty Page for all information regarding where to direct your warranty claim.
